On March 3 Dov gave in Bogota, Colombia, a full day seminar “Options for Health System Financing: An International Perspective”. The seminar, commissioned by the World Bank, was given to the top management of the Colombian Ministry of Health, led by the newly appointed Minister of Health Dr. Beatriz Londoño, and officials of the World Bank.
